I have to say, that my kids have played around on various self contained sites with games geared for their age, but nothing has compared to Glubble.
Glubble is a FireFox add-on that opens up a kid friendly internet experience for the whole family. Parents can add sites that they allow the kids to visit to the ones that Glubble has already chosen for them. I have added JumpStart to the list of approved websites that my kids can visit. They can't leave the Glubble page and go anywhere without the parent unlocking the main browser window. Everytime the parent opens Glubble up they can see what games their children have been playing and even leave messages for them. Each child has his own individual page, sort of like FaceBook, and others can leave messages, or they can chat with one another. The kids can change the look of the page, and upload photos.
If you are a parent of a child that enjoys the internet, this is a must have for internet safety!
