Above is what the makers of Plasma Car have to say about their own product. I will add that this little things is really cool! It is fun to ride, and operates on 100% kid power. When we first got ours the baby was only 2 and he would sit between my legs and I would pull my knees up and off we would go. It looked hilarious, but it was so fun! You can really get them to going pretty fast, and then turn in a complete circle. You just wiggle the handle back and forth to make it go, so any age child can learn how to do it. You should really visit a store near you that has them to take a test drive!
